Marfa, Part 1 | Raleigh Family Photographer
Earlier this year, I went to Marfa, TX. I went for a photography workshop but mostly for an adventure and a new experience. Marfa is in the middle of the West Texas desert, but it could not be more beautiful. Relaxing, modern, dusty, and inspiring.
Our workshop consisted of 4 days of creative immersion, pushing ourselves and also letting go. I needed it so much back in April and I just love the work I created while I was there. Because I shot so many different things, I thought I'd break it up in to 6 parts. Yeah, I shot a lot of film while I was there...
First up is an awesome family that agreed to be our subjects. They have 4 girls and I loved how mom and dad were so relaxed and just were themselves in front of the camera.
Shot on Acros & 400H on a Pentax 67ii.
